1. Introduction

Lomraxe app, developed by Ameer Mustafa, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy transparently explains the data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, with whom we share it, retention period, and your rights.

This policy complies with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the policies of Huawei AppGallery and Google Play.

2. Data We Collect

Registration Data: Name, email, password (encrypted with bcrypt), date of birth.

Profile Data: Gender, search preferences, photos, bio, occupation, education, religion, interests, language, height.

Location: City and approximate GPS coordinates, used only to calculate distance between users (with your explicit permission).

Usage Data: Likes, Lomraxe Stars, matches, sent messages, swipe history.

Technical Data: Device type and model, operating system, app version, notification token, IP address (anonymous).

Verification Data: Identity document and selfie (only when you choose verification, stored until review is complete).

Payment Data: Processed exclusively via Google Play Billing (for Android via Play) or Huawei IAP (for Android via AppGallery). We never store card numbers.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Operating the matching and profile exploration service.
  • Calculating distance between you and other users.
  • Sending notifications for new likes, Lomraxe Stars, matches, and messages.
  • Processing Lomraxe Plus subscription payments.
  • Manually verifying profiles to reduce fake accounts.
  • Preventing abuse, fraud, inappropriate behavior, and violation of terms of use.
  • Informing you of important service updates.

4. Permissions Requested by the App

Location: To calculate distance from other users (optional, can be disabled in settings).

Camera / Gallery: To upload profile photos and verification selfies.

Notifications: To alert you of matches and messages.

Internet: Necessary for all online features.

5. Data Sharing

Lomraxe does not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

  • Other Users: Name, photos, age, city, bio, distance (public profile).
  • Google Play Billing: Payments via Play Store.
  • Huawei IAP: Payments via AppGallery.
  • Firebase (Google): Push notifications on devices supporting Google Services.
  • Huawei Push Kit: Push notifications on Huawei devices without Google Services.
  • Resend: Sending notification emails (verification, password recovery).
  • Official Authorities: Upon judicial request or legal obligation.

6. Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption at rest (MongoDB) and in transit (TLS/HTTPS). Passwords are protected with bcrypt. We perform regular backups and security reviews.

7. Your Rights (LGPD/GDPR)

You can at any time:

  • Access your personal data.
  • Correct incorrect data from the profile screen.
  • Request data portability (email the DPO).
  • Delete your account and all associated data from Profile -> Settings -> Delete Account. Deletion is immediate for regular users. Verified accounts retain a minimum compliance record for 2 years; banned accounts retain a permanent record according to the law.
  • Withdraw consent for notifications and location from your device settings.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. After deletion, we immediately remove: profile, photos, messages, swipes, matches, linked devices, and verification requests. Financial records may be kept for up to 5 years for tax obligations.

9. Children and Minors

Lomraxe is exclusively for those aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Upon discovery of a minor's account, it is deleted immediately.

10. Cookies and Analytics

We use local storage (localStorage) only for language, appearance, and session preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or analytics tools that collect personal data.

11. International Transfer

Your data may be processed on servers outside Brazil/European Union. We ensure appropriate protection levels in accordance with LGPD and GDPR.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated to you via email and/or in-app notification 30 days in advance whenever possible.
